Instructions & Recommendations

Starting from the drivers side-edge of the windscreen/shield, lay and smooth down THE SEESAFER® PROTECTIVE SHIELD™ directly onto the inside of windscreen/shield, placed at you're own comfortable eye level, it adheres to the windscreen/shield through the use of static electricity, without use of glue or adhesives and is reusable time and time again.

Make sure the surfaces of the product and windscreen/shield are free of dirt and grease before laying and firmly smoothing out any excess air between THE SEESAFER® PROTECTIVE SHIELD™ and the glass, using a clean cloth lay directly on the inside of your windscreen starting from the side-edge of the windscreen and at your own personal eye-level. * (Never place the product directly in the middle/centre of the CVA-Critical Vision Area of the windscreen which is the swept area of the windscreen, 290mm wide and centred on the centre of the steering wheel. Put simply this is the area of the windscreen at the drivers side.)

If you have any difficulties adhering the reusable product and especially after several uses we advise you to give the product a quick rinse in cold water or to use a kind of window/glass spray cleaner to clean it, then whilst still damp reapply to the windscreen/shield using a credit card as a form of squeegee to help squeeze out any excess air or bubbles. ** Because everyone is different we tend to drive in various ways, to get the best intended use out of your SEESAFER® PROTECTIVE SHIELD™ it is important to consider the following points:

Before putting the product in place, go for a short drive and pay special attention to where your eye line is, look (only for a second or two!) into the distance at the oncoming cars headlights, to see where would be the best and the most comfortable place for you to personally position THE SEESAFER® PROTECTIVE SHIELD™ , whilst stationary put into place when you need to use it, noticing the oncoming traffic and when someone who is intent in keeping their headlights on full beam or the lights are simply too uncomfortable to endure, dart your eye line or shift your head slightly so that THE SEESAFER® PROTECTIVE SHIELD™ comes into line and acts like a visor which blocks out the offending vehicles headlights. **Remember always start from the side-edge of the windscreen/shield on the right hand drivers side.
